Taught by Judith Blackstone, PhD
October 4, 2024 – April 11, 2025
Learn how to help people feel more comfortable, present and alive within their bodies. Help your clients feel more grounded and resilient, more in touch with themselves and more attuned to other people and to their surroundings. Teach your clients how embodiment – living within the internal space of their body – can help them recover from trauma by providing a container for intense emotion and a perspective, from the innermost core of themselves, from which to view, understand and encompass their personal history.
The Realization Process is a pioneering approach to body-mind integration. It is a series of inner attunement practices and gentle embodied movement exercise to help people uncover the undivided ground of their being – a fundamental subtle consciousness that can be experienced pervading both one’s body and environment at the same time. Pervading our body, it is the basis of our individual wholeness and authentic being – deepening our ability to think and to feel. Pervading our body and environment, it is the basis of a richer, subtler contact with everyone and everything around us, without losing inward contact with ourselves.
