Stillness Moving: the Movement Aspect of the Realization Process
The Realization Process is a series of practices for uncovering an undivided fundamental ground of consciousness pervading our body and environment as a unity. Uncovering this ground helps us to feel whole and authentic as individuals, and deepens our connection with other people, and with our environment.
In the Stillness Moving aspect of this work, we use gentle movement to more fully inhabit our body, deepening our body-consciousness integration, and filling in gaps in our internal contact with ourselves. These embodied movement exercises can also help increase balance, fluidity, vitality and expressiveness within our bodies and in our embodied lives. When we move as the embodiment of fundamental consciousness, we move with our whole being.

USABP ON THE MOVE is an opportunity for our community to connect and experience restorative practices while getting exposure to many forms of somatic movement and mindful body-awareness programs.
The root of e-motion is “to move.” The same regions of the brain responsible for movement also carry out our cognitive processes. Our brain evolved from movement and still depends on it day to day. Join us to discover how conscious movement can bring nourishing restoration, playful community connection, and the understanding of how moving helps our thoughts, words, and actions.
Somatic tools may include, among others, breath, movement, self-directed touch, sound vibration, and conscious dialogue.
