$100 for the full day (VENMO @Konerupsychotherapy)

REGISTRATION REQUIRED via EMAIL: vkkoneru@gmail.com

This experiential program offers foundational learning in what trauma is, how it impacts our brains, bodies, and relationships, and how we can engage in practices that promote healing and transformation. Trauma-informed mindfulness, embodiment and somatics, and meditation are woven together with neuroscience, applications of Somatic Experiencing® and the power of connection and community care.

FLOW: a mix of learning, listening and sharing, sensing and being outside of language, process-based awareness, time for integration and expansion.

This community event is offered to all adults (18+yrs), and no experience with mindfulness/meditation/embodiment is needed to attend. Chairs will be provided.

**This program is not a replacement for medical or mental health therapy or treatment. This workshop offers a deep dive into understanding trauma from a perspective outside of life facts and no personal stories are shared during our time together. We are focused into a radical care model, and into understanding what happens in our bodies, minds and hearts as a result of trauma, and how we can begin to orient towards pathways of resourcing and support.**

$100 for the full day | All adults 18+ are welcome
