Resilience is what we need if life is not going the way we would like it to go. When we encounter setbacks, resilience helps us to cope with and to prevent stress.
Resilience is not a quality of your character but a skill you can develop. Resilience is also not one-dimensional but exists out of different exponents.
There is a relation between resilience and an inner feeling of safety. The extent of your resilience is not a fixed given, you can help it grow and expand.
