In Level 1, Personal Embodiment, we use artistic and therapeutic principles to uncover and explore autobiographical material through a “body mythology” that connects us to the compelling events, issues, and questions in our lives. Working with intermodal art mediums – movement/dance, drawing, vocalizing, writing, and dialogues – we reflect on our history, who we are now, and the changes that we would like to embody in order to live more artfully in all aspects of our lives.

In a collaboration between Tamalpa UK and Daria Halprin we are pleased to offer a European Weekday Training beginning September 6, 2022 through June 28, 2023. Seminars are scheduled from 10am-8pm BST with a lunch break from 12:30-1:30pm and an afternoon break from 3:30-5pm.

This Level 1 Online Training will be available to those of you residing in Europe – so that you will be within a reasonable time zone to attend our live, interactive training sessions. We invite you to take advantage of these opportunities to train in the Tamalpa work from your home.
