Integration:
Post psychedelic experience, there is much of your internal landscape that may have been revealed to you that you may not have had access prior to the experience. There is a cornucopia of information to process. There may have been emotions, sensations, thoughts, and new understandings of behaviors that now need to be synthesized (or integrated)

Some people choose to write, draw, sing, create music, records dreams following the experience, talk in therapy, receive energy work, do yoga and meditation, engage in depth psychotherapy, consult with a spiritual teacher or guide as ways of integrating.
