“Dance is the breath made visible.” — Anna Halprin.
Breath is foundational to all of our movement; to life itself. How can our breath find creative expression through dance? How can our dances be in harmony with our natural rhythms of breathing? This workshop explores the breath as a gateway between embodied presence and creative expression, inviting us to find more ease, depth, and awareness in our dances and in our lives.
Join us to explore what can emerge when we follow the breath and allow it to move us… to become visible.
