Healing Ground Online Retreat:
Realization Process Practices for Healing from Trauma

With Judith Blackstone

October 29-November 1, 2021
Friday-Sunday, 12:00-5:00 PM Eastern, with an hour break for lunch
Monday, 12:00-2:30 PM Eastern
Online, Via Zoom

Judith will teach the main Realization Process practices for embodied nondual awakening, as well as the Healing Ground (psychological healing) aspect of the work. As a path to deepening contact with yourself, these practices can help you regain and deepen your ability to love, to express yourself, to think clearly, to feel empowered, to experience sexual and sensual pleasure, and to be both more receptive and responsive to the world around you. They can help you heal early relational wounding, and gain perspective, resilience, and authenticity.

The second part of each day will focus on the Realization Process release technique for releasing trauma-based constrictions from the body. Registration will be limited to thirty people, so that Judith can work individually, in front of the group, with anyone who wants help with the release work, or any of the Realization Process practices. This retreat is not for people in crisis or working with severe trauma.

To register: https://realizationprocess.org/schedule-of-events/
Cost – $650
CEUs are not available for this event.
