Realization Process Online Healing Ground Retreat
September 25-28, 2020 12:00-5:00 PM Eastern, with an hour break for lunch, on Friday-Sunday; 12:00-2:30 PM Eastern on Monday Online, Via Zoom With Judith Blackstone
Judith will teach the main Realization Process practices for embodied nondual awakening, as well as the Healing Ground (psychological healing) aspect of the work. The second part of each day will focus on the Realization Process release technique for releasing trauma-based constrictions from the body. Registration will be limited to thirty people, so that Judith can work individually, in front of the group, with anyone who wants help with the release work, or with any of the Realization Process practices. This retreat is almost entirely experiential. There will be time for questions and for individual assistance with the practices. This retreat is for people who are familiar with their psychological history.
It is not appropriate for people working with severe trauma.
