Jo Sandry is a certified Radical Aliveness, Core Energetics Practitioner with a Masters in Somatic Psychology, in private practice in Sausalito. In her work with individuals, couples and groups she brings creativity and humor with a direct embodied approach that honors the fullness of who we all are -- our courage and vitality, the delicacy of our deepest aches, and the resiliency to reclaim it all.

Workshop Objectives
Our sexuality is sacred, tender, and beautiful! This weekend is a unique opportunity to come together and explore how the embodiment of our sexuality, gender, and expression has shaped itself in response to the environment. You'll have multiple opportunities to develop a stronger sense of trust, safety, and pleasure in your embodied self, stretch into new internal territory, disrupt and reorganize energy, release trauma, pain, and negative patterns, and give and receive support for your most delicate and vulnerable selves.
