Working with the body in therapy provides an effective approach to access blocked emotions and expressions which often underlie issues such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, addictions and unsatisfying relationships. This one-day intensive workshop provides an introduction to the body based work of modern Bioenergetic Therapy. The workshop is appropriate for individuals seeking to experience body-oriented psychotherapy, and for professionals interested in learning about working with the body in psychotherapy.
