WORKSHOP: Reclaiming the Body, Acceptance and Personal Empowerment: Grounding the Body and Restoring Contact

A three-day training workshop, open to mental and physical health professionals as well as to those who wish to deepen their own professional development through a body- centered modality. These workshops teach how to begin working with clients using the principles of body-psychotherapy.

Course content:

• Understanding Contact and Contactlessness Interpersonally and within the Self
• Facilitating Grounding to increase awareness and effectiveness
• Using Movement to change established patterns of holding
• Identifying and working with a variety of patters of pulsation and energy levels

Early registration for each workshop by July 31, 2018:     $825
August 1 – September 1, 2018:     $925
